Portsmouth fans rage at what Mousinho did to Pack v Millwall – ‘Utter madness’
Portsmouth fell to a late defeat at Millwall, a result which keeps them in the Championship relegation battle.
Pompey went 1-0 down at The Den, but Andre Dozzell’s equaliser proved to be in vain as Mihailo Ivanovic’s brace meant it was another away defeat for the Blues.
John Mousinho’s side are still five points clear of the relegation zone, with six games remaining, but they have now lost three of their last four matches, and they are still in marginal contention to go down.
Portsmouth fans have now slammed Mousinho for a decision he made in the defeat to Millwall, which arguably cost them the game.

Portsmouth fans slam Marlon Pack after Millwall substitution
Mousinho made several substitutions in the second half, and chose to bring on veteran Marlon Pack as a centre-back in the 70th minute.

Ivanovic’s two goals then both came through headers, and with a natural centre-back in Alexander Milosevic on the bench, many fans have now questioned why the Swede was not brought on instead.
Pompey need to play Milosevic at centre-back
Portsmouth were badly lacking aerial presence against Millwall, and it cost them the game as both goals came from headers.
Pack is not a natural centre-back, and his performances in the back line have cost Pompey dearly. With a lot of issues in the position, it is now time for a change.
Milosevic would provide a much bigger physical presence in the back line, and would be more commanding in the air as a natural centre-back.
The 33-year-old is yet to play since his arrival in March, but now would be the ideal time to bring him in, in the hope that the back line can become more solid for the final few games of the season.
