Portsmouth may have teased new home kit as Fratton Park image emerges online
Portsmouth will discover the design of their new home kit on Friday (18 July) at 8 am.
The time and date were announced on the club’s social media pages earlier in the week, much to the delight of Pompey fans.
Many Portsmouth fans online seem as obsessed about the new kit as they are about signing new players.
However, unlike with John Mousinho’s signings, they can now put a date in their calendars for the big reveal.
Still, this hasn’t stopped fans from continuing to debate on social media about what the kit could look like, especially after a new teasing reveal.

Fratton Park marketing gives away hints of Portsmouth kit design
Pompey fans have noticed changes to the marketing around Fratton Park and have questioned whether this could be a hint about the design of the new kit.
One particular image of a new banner attached to the Fratton End has been doing the rounds on social media.
The banner is advertising Aura, an AI-based security company, and is designed like a football shirt with the Portsmouth crest in the centre and a red and white trim.
Mousinho is building a team that will make Portsmouth fans proud
The reaction among fans on social media has been positive.
It seems most are excited about this banner potentially mirroring the design of Portsmouth’s home shirt.
There’s a lot to get excited about in general right now if you’re a Pompey fan.

John Mousinho’s men finished last season in incredible form. They have made two quality signings in Adrian Segecic and John Swift, and a couple more are close to being finalised.
Everything looks set for the Blues to enjoy another season of progress in the Championship.
Yes, some supporters will use social media to complain that there haven’t been enough signings, just like some will inevitably criticise the design of the kit when it’s released.
But most sensible supporters realise it’s an exciting time to be a Pompey fan. Mousinho and the Eisners deserve credit for that, and long may it continue.
Pompey may wear the new shirt for the first time in their next pre-season friendly, which is away at Crawley on 19 July.
