
Portsmouth to go all out for Mousinho after what Freddie Potts did v Man United
West Ham midfielder Freddie Potts is thriving away from Portsmouth, showcasing his talent against Manchester United on Sunday.
The 21-year-old played the final 20 minutes as Graham Potter’s team lost 2-1 to the Red Devils at the MetLife Stadium on 27 July.
John Mousinho will arguably want Potts back at Fratton Park, and Pompey should go all out for another loan after what he did against Ruben Amorim’s team.

Potts dominates West Ham midfield v Man United
Potts appeared to dominate proceedings in the midfield for West Ham after replacing Guido Rodriguez at the MetLife Stadium.
The Hammers posted the 21-year-old’s highlights against Man United on X (27 July), and the Englishman is seen helping his side get out of pressure and control possession.
Potter has given the ex-Portsmouth star a senior squad number after his impressive stint on loan at Fratton Park.

While Potts is being given opportunities during pre-season at the Hammers, it wouldn’t be surprising to see him leave on another loan move before the end of August due to competition for a place in the starting line-up at the Premier League outfit.
Pompey should go all out to re-sign the 21-year-old midfielder for Mousinho at Fratton Park if he becomes available once again.
Mousinho to convince Potts on Portsmouth return
Potts may still have a soft spot for Portsmouth, having liked their Instagram post after the 4-0 win over Reading on 26 July.
Pompey have bolstered their midfield by signing Luke Le Roux from Varnamo and Mark Kosznovszky from MTK Budapest.
John Swift has also arrived at Fratton Park as a free agent, although the 30-year-old primarily plays in a more advanced position in the middle of the park.
Portsmouth have made four signings so far this summer, but fans are hoping Michael Eisner invests a significant sum before the end of August.
The Hampshire outfit wouldn’t want to be in a relegation battle once again next season, and Potts’ arrival will definitely add much-needed quality to their squad.
Having thrived at Fratton Park under Mousinho, the West Ham youngster could potentially be convinced to make a temporary return.
