‘Daniel Levy has big plans for new Portsmouth signing Yang Min-hyeok’ after record-breaking deal
Portsmouth are understood to have agreed a deal for Tottenham sensation Yang Min-hyeok.
Yang spent last year on loan in the Championship, notching two goals and one assist for Queens Park Rangers.
John Mousinho will be hoping that he can bring the best out of the Spurs loanee, just like he did with West Ham ace Freddie Potts.
The 19-year-old winger could become Mousinho’s sixth signing of the summer at Fratton Park.

Levy plans for Min-hyeok at Tottenham revealed amid Portsmouth news
Tottenham owner Daniel Levy has a plan for the young star, and sending him to Pompey is clearly the next stage in his development.
Tottenham News editor Matthew Chadder exclusively told Pompey News about Levy’s intentions for the South Korean ace, saying: “With Yang being signed by Tottenham just months before Son Heung-min’s departure, it’s clear that Daniel Levy has plans for the forward to become the next Son.
“Son’s popularity in South Korea has done wonders for Spurs’ finances, and with the forward now gone, Levy will want someone to fill that void, which could explain why he’s signed another rising star from South Korea – to continue building the fanbase and relationships which now already exist in that part of the world.
“Yang arrived in January and was sent to QPR, where he made 14 Championship appearances, so Portsmouth are getting a player with some experience of the division.
“Thomas Frank gave Yang some opportunities in pre-season and the winger looked exciting in his play. He’s direct and not afraid to take his man on, and after Paddy Lane’s departure, this is exactly what Pompey needed.
“Considering the potential that Tottenham clearly see in Yang, which is evidenced by the fact that Levy paid a record fee for a player moving straight from Korea to Europe to sign him, this is a statement signing from Portsmouth.”
Min-hyeok is an exciting addition for Portsmouth
The Spurs ace may well be Mousinho’s most exciting addition yet.
He established himself as a regular for QPR and helped them pull away from the relegation zone, and he could be the man to take Pompey to the next level.
Mousinho and Levy will certainly hope that is the case.
