Portsmouth midfielder lined up for late move to German club after John Mousinho exit revelation
Portsmouth could be set for a busy final few days of the summer transfer window as deadline day looms.
While John Mousinho is keen to make a few more signings, departures could also occur in the coming days.
Josh Murphy has been heavily linked with a Portsmouth exit as Leicester eye the winger.
However, there are players that Mousinho is willing to part with before the transfer window closes on 1 September.

Saarbrucken consider move for Abdoulaye Kamara
Abdoulaye Kamara has had few opportunities in the Portsmouth team since his move from Borussia Dortmund last season.
In the 2024/25 campaign, the midfielder only made six appearances in all competitions.
As a result, Kamara has been linked with a Portsmouth exit this summer, after failing to impress at Fratton Park.
Now, according to Saarbrucker Zeitung on 30 August, the 20-year-old could be set for a move back to Germany.
- Kamara joined Portsmouth from Borussia Dortmund last summer
- The midfielder only made six appearances last season
- Mousinho is now prepared to let the 20-year-old depart Pompey
Third-tier side Saarbrucken are considering a move for the midfielder before transfer deadline day.
This news comes shortly after Mousinho confirmed to BBC Sport on 29 August that he was seeking to find Kamara a new club before the window closes.
He said: “We are still working hard of a couple of departures.
“I think we’ll hopefully manage to get those done for the sake of the players as well, we’re looking at Abdou (Kamara) and we’re going to try and find something for Tom McIntryre as well.
“We’re making progress on a few of those fronts so we are pretty hopeful.”

Abdoulaye Kamara isn’t good enough for Portsmouth
While it is disappointing to see a young talent leave Fratton Park, it is clear that Kamara is simply not good enough for Portsmouth.
The 20-year-old did not do enough to impress Mousinho last season, which resulted in his lack of appearances.
Now, it is very telling that a German tier-third side is linked with a Kamara transfer, with seemingly no other clubs interested.
Hopefully, a move can be finalised quickly to help Kamara get his career back on track, with Portsmouth also likely keen to move on from the failed transfer.
