Portsmouth’s new squad value revealed after deadline day frenzy at Fratton Park

Portsmouth had a busy transfer window, with John Mousinho overseeing 11 new signings at Fratton Park.

Despite a solid 16th place finish in the Championship last season, Mousinho was happy to overhaul his squad this summer.

Four signings alone came in on deadline day, with Conor Chaplin’s return to Fratton Park being a major highlight.

However, departures also occurred throughout the window, with 16 players leaving the South Coast outfit either permanently, on loan or via returning to their parent clubs, with Tom McIntyre going on loan to Bradford on the final day.

Now, Pompey News has examined how the summer business has affected Portsmouth’s squad value this campaign.
