Prediction: Southampton 1-1 Portsmouth

Despite Portsmouth’s great start to the 2024/25 campaign, it will no doubt be a tough match at St. Mary’s.

Both teams will be up for the tie, in what will be one of the biggest games of the season.

However, Pompey News are still expecting the visitors to come away with at least a point.

John Mousinho has already proved that Pompey can compete at some of the toughest grounds in the league, with Portsmouth picking up a 1-1 draw at The Hawthorns.

Now, the same result may occur, with another tie on the cards.
