Grady Diangana and 11-goal ace – Three players Portsmouth could sign before deadline day
Portsmouth could be set for a busy last few days of the transfer window.
John Mousinho has made it no secret that he is keen to bring in further additions before activity ceases.
However, Pompey may also face a battle to keep hold of its biggest stars, with Josh Murphy linked with a Portsmouth exit.
Nevertheless, there are plenty of additions the South Coast club could make before deadline day, with Pompey News highlighting three potential signings.

Grady Diangana
A potential signing for Pompey could be Grady Diangana.
The former West Brom winger remains a free agent after being released in the summer.
- Diangana played for West Brom between 2020-25
- The 27-year-old can play as an attacking midfielder and a winger
- Diangana has been a free agent since the summer
Portsmouth have been linked to Diangana throughout the window. However, a deal is yet to be struck.
Mousinho could be more inclined to sign Diangana given Murphy’s links away, which could mean that Pompey need a replacement.
Makenzie Kirk
Another player that has been linked with Portsmouth in recent weeks is Makenzie Kirk.
The striker currently plays for St. Johnstone and has had an excellent start to the new campaign, netting four times in seven appearances.
However, Portsmouth face competition for Kirk, with Peterborough bidding for the 21-year-old.
Nevertheless, it was also reported last week that Pompey were expected to submit an offer, with Kirk likely to be sold.
Franco Umeh
Franco Umeh has been heavily linked with a move to Portsmouth in recent days.
The Crystal Palace youngster is yet to make a first-team appearance, but has featured on the bench numerous times.
Nevertheless, Portsmouth are said to be seeking a loan move for Umeh as they look to add the winger to their squad.
However, one potential concern is that Umeh has a poor injury record at Crystal Palace, which has stagnated his development in recent years.
It remains to be seen if Portsmouth will make an official move to sign the 20-year-old in the coming days.
