Josh Murphy sends five-word message as familiar face back at Portsmouth
Josh Murphy has been joined by some quality additions after a busy end to the summer transfer window for Portsmouth.
There was a risk that Portsmouth could have lost Murphy to Leicester City late on in the window, which would have been a huge blow at Fratton Park.
Martin Allen believes Portsmouth could demand £10million for Murphy if the Foxes are to come back in for his signature in the upcoming transfer windows.
For now, the 30-year-old remains in PO4, which is seen as a huge boost for John Mousinho and Co. after Murphy dominated the end-of-season awards at Portsmouth last time around.

Chaplin came in on loan from Ipswich Town to massive acclaim from the Fratton faithful ahead of the versatile attacker’s return.
This comes seven years after Chaplin departed for Coventry City before going on to play for Barnsley and then the Tractor Boys.
Last season, the 28-year-old was playing in the Premier League and now will have returned home to Fratton Park as the Championship season moves deeper.

It appears that this signing has also gone down well with the Pompey squad, with deadline day having passed in PO4.
This has seen Murphy speak out via his Instagram story on 5 September to say the “Prince of Pompey is back” as the pair stood side-by-side in training.

Despite having a difficult time in the Premier League with Ipswich, at Championship level, the Englishman can truly thrive.
Having operated well in the second tier over the years, it will be excellent to see what he can do on his return to Fratton Park this campaign.
There is every chance with his versatility and attacking nuances that he can unlock something for Mousinho that has been missing.
